As our Product Compliance Specialist, you will serve as the essential link between legal requirements and technical execution. You won’t just be identifying rules; you will be assisting in designing the systems that enforce them, ensuring our player experience is as seamless as it is secure.
Regulatory Engineering:
- Interpret gambling laws and regulations (General, Product, RG, AML/CFT areas) into clear, actionable requirements for the Technical team.
- Stay ahead of upcoming legislative changes and proactively adapt platform features before new laws come into effect
- Act as the subject matter expert advising the Product team on what is legally permissible when designing new player flows, payment flows, promotions and other product features
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee integrations with third party compliance tools (identity verifications, national self-exclusion databases, ongoing monitoring tools)
- Audit of implementations and integrations for assessing current health and compliance with new regulations
- Review and design user journeys for registration, KYC/CDD, and RG interventions, specifically aiming to reduce “player friction” while maintaining high security.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in a compliance-centric role (Product, Technical, or Legal Compliance) within the iGaming, Fintech, or RegTech sectors.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A deep interest in—or existing knowledge of—global gambling regulations, GDPR/Data Privacy, and technical compliance standards.
- Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with the ability to foresee how a minor regulatory change impacts the broader technical ecosystem.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development, API integrations, database logic
- UX/Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to balance strict legal mandates with commercial goals and a smooth user experience.
- Tools: Proficiency with product management software (Jira, Confluence), diagramming tools for mapping user journeys, and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to perform work duties.

Attīstības plānošana:
- Interpretēt azartspēļu likumus un noteikumus (vispārējos, produkta, atbildīgas spēles (RG), kā arī NILL/TF novēršanas (AML/CFT) jomās skaidrās un praktiski izpildāmās prasībās tehniskajai komandai.
- Sekot līdzi gaidāmajām likumdošanas izmaiņām un proaktīvi pielāgot platformas funkcijas pirms jaunu likumu stāšanās spēkā.
- Darboties kā jomas ekspertam, sniedzot konsultācijas produkta komandai par to, kas ir juridiski atļauts, izstrādājot jaunus spēlētāju un maksājumu plūsmu procesus, piedāvājumus un citas produkta funkcijas.
Operatīvā uzraudzība:
- Pārraudzīt integrācijas ar trešo pušu atbilstības rīkiem (personu identitātes pārbaude, nacionālās pašatteikušos personu datubāzes, pastāvīgās uzraudzības rīki).
- Veikt procesu auditus, lai novērtētu produkta pašreizējo tehnisko stāvokli un atbilstību jaunajiem noteikumiem.
- Radīt un pilnveidot lietotāja ceļu dažādos dzīves cikla posmos - reģistrācija, verifikācija, klienta izpēte (KYC, CDD), atbildīga spēle; īpašu uzmanību pievēršot lietotāja pieredzes uzlabošanai, vienlaikus saglabājot augstu drošības līmeni.
Kvalifikācija un prasmes:
- Pieredze: 2+ gadu pieredze amatā, kas saistīts ar atbilstības nodrošināšanu (produkta, tehniskās vai juridiskās atbilstības jomā) iGaming, FinTech vai RegTech nozarēs.
- Normatīvās zināšanas: Padziļināta interese par — vai esošas zināšanas par — dažādu valstu azartspēļu normatīvo regulējumu, Vispārīgo datu aizsardzības regulu (GDPR) / datu privātumu un tehniskās atbilstības standartiem.
- Problēmu risināšana: Augsti attīstīta analītiskā domāšana ar spēju paredzēt, kā nelielas izmaiņas regulējumā ietekmēs plašāku tehnisko ekosistēmu.
- Tehniskā izpratne: Izpratne par programmatūras izstrādi, API integrācijām un datubāzu loģiku.
- Uz lietotāju/klientu vērsta domāšana: Pierādīta spēja sabalansēt stingras juridiskās prasības ar komerciālajiem mērķiem un nevainojamu lietotāja pieredzi.
- Rīki: Teicamas prasmes darbā ar produktu pārvaldības programmatūru (Jira, Confluence), diagrammu veidošanas rīkiem lietotāju pieredzes ceļu kartēšanai un pamata datu analīzes rīkiem.
- Teicamas angļu valodas zināšanas (gan rakstiski, gan mutiski) darba pienākumu veikšanai.
