YOUR MISSION
As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Riga office and creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging workplace environment for all employees.
- Maintaining office facilities, common areas, supplies, storage, and overall workplace organization to ensure a productive and comfortable environment
- Coordinating employee access, onboarding logistics, parking arrangements, and office-related support requests
- Organizing office events, seasonal decorations, celebrations, and employee recognition initiatives
- Managing procurement activities related to office operations, events, and employee engagement while monitoring related budgets and expenses
- Preparing and maintaining administrative documentation, templates, and employee records across internal systems
- Supporting employee benefits administration, payroll-related updates, training logistics, and other HR administrative processes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure efficient office operations and a positive employee experience
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in office administration, office management, reception, executive assistance, or a similar administrative support role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Confidence working with administrative systems and digital tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Higher education or equivalent professional qualification
- Positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to contribute to employee experience initiatives
