This is an on-site role. As a Lithuanian and English Speaking Customer Support Agent you will handling calls, emails, and live chat with the customers of our Lithuania-based brands.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Lead, you will be part of the Customer Support Team. This team is passionate and enthusiastic, able to put customers at the heart of our business. They create a pleasurable and entertaining journey for customers across all touch points.
The hourly salary for this role ranges from €9.00 to €10.00 gross, depending on experience level.

You Will:
- Help customers with their inquiries over email, chat, or phone.
- Investigate problems, develop solutions, and manage through resolution.
- Escalate issues to other departments or manager.
- Support your colleagues and help the new ones.
You Have:
- Excellent written and verbal Lithuanian and English skill to perform work duties.
- Very good computer and typing skills.
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail and handling support requests from a variety of different channels at the same time.
- Experience gathering complete and accurate information from the customers - give attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand, and ask questions.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle change.
- Readiness to work flexible hours and shifts in the timeframe between 9:00 AM - 22:00 PM (Monday-Sunday).

Šis ir klātienes modeļa amats. Kā klientu atbalsta speciālists/-e ar lietuviešu un angļu valodas zināšanām Tu apstrādāsi zvanus, e-pastus un čatus ar klientiem, kuri izmanto mūsu Lietuvas tirgus zīmolus.
Tu strādāsi Klientu atbalsta komandā un atskaitīsies Klientu atbalsta komandas vadītājam (Team Lead). Šī komanda ir aizrautīga un entuziastiska, spējot izvirzīt klientu mūsu biznesa pamatā. Viņi rada patīkamu un izklaidējošu pieredzi klientiem visos saskarsmes punktos.
Stundas alga šajā amatā ir no 9,00 € līdz 10,00 € pirms nodokļu nomaksas (bruto), atkarībā no pieredzes līmeņa.

Tavi pienākumi:
- Palīdzēt klientiem ar viņu jautājumiem e-pastā, čatā vai pa tālruni.
- Izpētīt problēmas, izstrādāt risinājumus un vadīt procesu līdz pilnīgam atrisinājumam.
- Nodot sarežģītākus jautājumus citām nodaļām vai vadītājam.
- Atbalstīt kolēģus un palīdzēt jaunajiem komandas biedriem.
Prasības kandidātiem:
- Izcilas lietuviešu un angļu valodas rakstiskās un mutvārdu prasmes darba pienākumu veikšanai.
- Ļoti labas datorprasmes un ātras rakstīšanas prasmes.
- Pieredze detalizētā klientu problēmu dokumentēšanā un atbalsta pieprasījumu vienlaicīgā apstrādē no dažādiem kanāliem.
- Pieredze pilnīgas un precīzas informācijas iegūšanā no klientiem – spēja ieklausīties tajā, ko saka citi, veltīt laiku tam, lai saprastu, un uzdot precizējošus jautājumus.
- Problēmu risināšanas prasmes un elastība, pielāgojoties pārmaiņām.
- Gatavība strādāt elastīgu darba laiku un maiņās laikā no 9.00 līdz 22.00 (no pirmdienas līdz svētdienai).
