What we expect from you:
- 1–2 years of experience designing digital products or services, preferably for mobile devices
- Based in Riga, Latvia
- Fluent in English and Latvian (to communicate confidently with international clients)
- Familiarity with platform design guidelines: Material Design (Android) / Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)
- A design portfolio (Dribbble/Behance or any other ways)
- Sense for color, typography, and composition
- Knowledge of the design process
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with Principle/After Effects/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator is a nice bonus
- A passion for design and people

What you will do:
- Conduct requirements analysis, user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts
- Create information architecture design, interaction design
- Design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
- Participate in new business development activities, support, and preparation in client briefs and pitch meetings
- Direct communication with the client and project manager
- Close collaboration with design team members, promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
- Ensure the following design guidelines by working closely with developers
- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends
