What you’ll do
- Welcome customers, help them find what they need and recommend products.
- Operate the till, handle payments accurately and complete daily cash checks.
- Replenish shelves and keep products attractively displayed.
- Help receive and move stock, including lifting boxes, and assist with stocktakes.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and ready to welcome customers.
- Handle customer queries and concerns, with support from your Store Supervisor.
- Work with your colleagues to keep the store running smoothly and follow company procedures.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, helpful approach and a commitment to good customer service.
- Reliability, honesty and the ability to work well in a team.
- Confidence handling money and using, or learning to use, a computerised till.
- Availability to work shifts, including nights, Sundays and public holidays. Shifts are worked on a rotation schedule, allowing employees to know their scheduled days off well in advance
- Fluency in Latvian and basic English to help international travelers with everyday shopping queries.

Highlights
Monthly gross salary = € 1,300 (equivalent to an Hourly Rate of € 7.50)
Additional statutory rates for night work and holidays apply:
· €11.25/hour for night shifts
· €15.00/hour on public holidays
Additional information:
Meal Allowance: €100 per month;
Transport for night hours: Either offered or compensated for with an allowance up to €100 per month;
Health insurance;
A 15% discount a wide range of products in our stores.
