A tenure professor is an academic staff position primarily focused on research activities, attracting grants, publishing research results, and supervising master's and doctoral students. The tenure professor must maintain a balance between research and academic activities.

• conduct research and publish at least 2 articles per year in recognized journals (Q1 or Q2 Scopus);

• present at least 2 international conferences per year;

• lead the TSI Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence research cluster;

• prepare at least 1 EU-level and 1 national-level research project proposal annually;

• lead at least 1 active research project;

• promote research results on professional social networks (e.g. LinkedIn and others).

• 300 contact hours per year in master's and doctoral programs;

• supervise up to 3 doctoral and 5 master’s theses per year;

• review papers for TSI journals and conferences;

• participate in doctoral admissions, doctoral defense, and master’s defense committees;

• represent TSI in at least one professional academic organization;

• support at least one active collaboration with TSI strategic partners.
