NH Learning Centre is language training center in Riga with over 20 years of experience, is looking for qualified English, Spanish, Italian and German Language Teachers to teach adult learners online and/or in person.
We particularly welcome applications from Native English-Speaking Teachers for English lessons.
All teachers are expected to be currently residing in Latvia.
We work with individual learners, corporate clients, offering General Language Courses and specialized professional language training.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education, preferably in Philology, Education or Linguistics.
- Proven experience teaching languages to adults, individually and/or in groups.
- Ability to independently plan, structure and prepare lessons, apply effective teaching methodologies and develop learning materials.
- Strong communication skills, student-centered teaching approach.
- Good digital skills and experience with online teaching platforms.
- Professional, reliable and well-organized.
- Legal right to work in Latvia for in-person positions.
Advantages
- For English teachers: Experience teaching Business English or other specialized professional English courses.
- Experience with AI-assisted learning and modern educational technologies is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan lessons and adapt materials to students' levels and learning objectives.
- Prepare engaging and practical learning materials.
- Monitor learners' progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain high teaching standards and contribute to client satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to adult learners.
- Follow the academic standards of the training center.
