Main responsibilities
- Critical analysis of synthetic procedures and available literature data;
- Route-scouting towards the synthetic target;
- Reaction and process optimization;
- Keeping clear, complete and accurate recording of experimental and analytical work;
- Organizing and sharing data, writing technical reports.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in organic chemistry;
- Strong know-how of designing and development of synthetic routes;
- Working knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry skills like extractions, distillations, chromatography, crystallizations, inert atmosphere techniques, filtrations etc.;
- Advanced level spoken and written English, excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- An agile mindset, ability to independently plan, organize and document own work.
