ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

● Online customer service
● Cooperation with another online platform representatives
● Helping customers with intergration to our gateway and payment system
● Addressing and solving customer issues
● Attracting new cutomers

Job requirements

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Service oriented, strong customer relationship/interaction skills
● Knowledge in the online payment industry – advantage
● Work experience in online payment/bank company – advantage
● Bachelor's degree in economics, legal or accounting - advantage
● Service oriented, strong customer relationship/interaction skills
● Detail oriented
● Results oriented with ability to quickly enter various business & tech comminities to network and generate leads.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
