Job description

  • To manage and develop the Team of 50 + people;
  • To ensure effective hands-on operational management;
  • To establish and maintain relationship with cooperation partners, to find new perspectives for development;
  • To deliver on company's budget and KPI's;
  • To control and develop the quality of services.

Requirements

  • Solid managerial experience;
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Business oriented mindset - successful experience in leading business, operational experience, experience in change management;
  • Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, engineering (or similar field) management;
  • Stress resistance, structural and strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence;
  • Fluent English skills.
