Job description
- Communication with auditors, tax advisors, other service providers (BPO);
- Monitoring processes and ensure timely action;
- Making reconciliation of data between various IT systems;
- Collecting supporting documents and archiving them properly;
- Statutory reporting support;
- Participating in automation and other projects as may be required;
- Supporting the annual audit process;
- Daily transactional and bookkeeping activities;
- Month-end closing activities.
Requirements
- Experience in the field of activity 3+ years, preferably in an international company;
- Expertise and strong knowledge in Latvian legalization and tax law;
- Knowledge of transfer pricing;
- Solid digital skills and experience working with accounting programs, preferably SAP;
- Self-manage, pro-active and team player personality;
- Willingness to grow and learn controlling and procurement processes;
- Fluent in Latvian and English, Russian language will be consider as a plus.
