The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills, think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

This job is either based in Maza Krasta iela 83, Riga, Latvia OR in Poznan, Poland.

  • Secondary or higher education;
  • Fluent in English and Polish language;
  • Sales experience of at least 1year;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Focus and result oriented;
  • Work daily on our CRM tools, following internal processes;
  • Positive mental attitude needed.

Darba pienākumu apraksts

  • Attract new customers and grow them following a set of internal rules and targets;
  • Maintaining a positive image of the company, ensuring quality and timely customer service;
  • Supervise new clients KPIs with operational department;
  • Active participation in the implementation of common ideas and achievement of goals;
  • Provide a level of service that meets the company's requirements.
