Mogotel is an international hotel operator headquartered in Riga, Latvia with 20 years of experience in European-level services and a friendly approach to every customer.
We operate 21 hotels in the Baltic states and Western Europe, offering a total of more than 3000 rooms. We represent our own brands and cooperate with world-leading hotel companies such as Wyndham, Accor, and Hilton.

We are interested in you if:
- Have proven experience as Operations Director or position related to managing overall companies’ business operations.
- Have good understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- You have outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- You are an analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
- In a dynamic working environment, you are able to focus on what is important and not lose focus.
- You like to bring innovative solutions to day-to-day operational work.
- You can go on short business trips when it's required.
- Fluent in Latvian and English, conversational Russian.
We will entrust you with:
- Analyze and evaluate the economic performance of our hotels in Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Oversee the operational activities of the hotels and resolve situations and problems related to them.
- Implement automated solutions to improve hotel operations.
- Organize regular quality inspections and develop standards and guidelines.
- Insure high level customer service in hotels.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
- Analyze industry statistics.

Remuneration from 2,800 - EUR gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements.
Schedule: Full-time, 08:30-17:00
