We wan to invite to Nespresso Riga team a motivated, inspiring shop manager and coffee lover, who would take care of smooth daily shop operation and hold all four corners of Nespresso boutique in his/her hands.

What you do:
• Seek for sales targets and ensure the excellent customer service.
• Ensure product range and stock.
• Recruit, train and motivate your Coffee Specialists team.
• Plan your staff scheduling, ensure smooth and constant shop operations.
• Manage cash register operations and ensure our store routines, policies are met to assist in loss prevention and safety.
• Spend most of time in the shop taking care of Nespresso customer needs.

What we expect:
• Experience in retail sales and team management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good organization, ability to set priorities and deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
• A self-support, positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve.
• Proper knowledge of English language (direct reporting to English speaking Retail manager).

Salary
1350 € salary before taxes
