Eden has embarked in an ambitious journey to improve the customer experience and to digitalize the company. As part of the marketing and digital team you will be working on some of the key priority projects for the company.

Job mission

• Working together with central marketing to implement the central initiatives in the best way locally, to get strong results in each market under responsibility
  New customer acquisition digitally in each market B2B and Residential:
  o Implementing central driven initiatives (SEO, BWCR/B prices, changes, campaigns, etc.)
  o Proposing and testing new ideas A/B testing
  o Dealing with local affiliation paid media partners (ie Companeo)
  Online reputation and social media (and influencers)
  Maintain MyEden local catalogue, customer journeys maintenance
  Marketing campaigns to our customer base for upsell, cross-sell, consumption reactivation, etc.
  Keeping the full perspective on the different project's implementation at market level and ensuring consistency
• Support local sales & operations teams with basic materials: flyers, agreements, product technical sheets, labels, KAM PPTs, etc.
• Keeping the perspective on the competitive situation, deep dive review, mystery shopper
• Translations and coordination with network to validate in market where not fluent
• Others: support key local projects (petrol stations, etc.), webshop support.

Requirements

• Native in Latvian or Lithuanian.
• English fluent is a must
• Other languages fluency a strong asset
• + 2 years experience in digital marketing 
• Experienced working with a CMS (Drupal and/or Magento a plus)
