On behalf of the company, we now invite a bright professional to join friendly team in Husqvarna Latvia in a position of
AFTERSALES & PRODUCT SPECIALIST
As a member of Sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting dealers with all needed information, documentation and product knowledge,
- Recording and processing inquiries and complaints received from dealers and end users,
- Checking and approving Product returns from servicing dealers and mass market under Warranty responsibility (by defined procedures),
- Interfacing with sales staff on a regular basis, particularly focusing on dealer service operation,
- Fixing automower problems in house and on the field,
- Supporting and coordinating spare part sell-in campaigns with sales team,
- Ensuring all products and disposition meet local requirements by regular visits and audits in dealers premises.
Your experience
- Practical 1-2 years of field sales or technical consultations or customer support experience,
- Higher education, preferably within technical area,
- True interest in innovations and technical solutions,
- Fluency in Latvian and English language skills( especially written), conversational Russian,
- Ability and eagerness to actively participate in Husqvarna AB provided trainings,
- Driving licence and experience.
