Job description
- To manage, grow and develop a team of 25-35 employees and 80 trainers team.
- To communicate and maintain relationships with cooperation partners, to find new perspectives for development.
- To have a focus on improvements regarding client experience and retention
- To run and develop successful business in Latvia, with strong focus on Sales and Marketing activities.
- To raise the brand awareness, work with public relations, build strong brand in Latvia.
Requirements
- Solid managerial experience in B2C and strong leadership skills
- Culture of ownership, positive and hands-on attitude
- Marketing experience - understanding of local market regarding bigger campaigns.
- Business oriented mindset - successful experience in leading business, operational experience, decisions based on data.
- Experience in leading business development projects or opening new branches - from evaluation of location till hiring personnel and building customer base.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
