Job description
- Consulting new and existing clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
- Analyzing customer needs and modelling processes in the system.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Functional design of systems.
- Process and functional testing.
- Organization and delivery of training to clients and colleagues.
- Colleague development, mentoring.
Requirements
- Higher or post-secondary education.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing Navision, MS Dynamics NAV or BC system.
- Solid experience in financial management and accounting.
- Customer demand analysis skills and experience.
- Ability to train others, communicate information clearly.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
