The DevOps Engineering Lead will act as a squad leader that builds and operates fast and scalable workflows, drives the transformational journey into the AWS Cloud platform of services.

What You Will Do:

• Drive significant improvements to business outcomes through simplifying and accelerating software development practice both through technical projects and also procedural and technical coaching Leadership Responsibility
• Lead multiple products or work streams simultaneously
• Guide and coach less experienced peers to become more productive and effective team members
• Revision/Source Control, Configuration Management
• Maintaining tools related to Monitoring, Logging, Bug Tracking, Testing Infrastructure as Code/Software Defined Infrastructure
• Lead the implementation of continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS
• Lead automation of security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation
• Lead deployment of monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS
• Manage and maintain tools to automate operational processes
• Support development/engineering team to drive, design, implement and maintain end-to-end DevOps automation from build, implement, deploy (code check-in), operate and maintaining the CI/CD deployment pipeline

What We Expect:

• Knowledge of development processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling landscape and experience integrating various DevOps tools together to provide end to end application lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge in software architecture and programming
• Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
• Understanding of application and infrastructure logs
• Experience with various DevSecOps tools
• Customer focused attitude to deliver excellent customer outcomes through technical expertise
• Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Ability to take "ownership" with high sense of urgency and work like an "entrepreneur"
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across teams to a broad range of audiences
• Good English is required in spoken and written communication
