Printful keeps expanding, so we’re looking for a talented Customer Support Business Analyst to establish the role within our Customer Service Development Team. Customer service teams help our customers with setting up their stores, using our tools, managing their orders, and promoting their businesses, while the development team is responsible for running smooth service and support operations.
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Analyzing and reporting on Customer Service operational data (such as productivity and support key performance indicators- speed of answer, waiting time etc. .), preparing regular and ad hoc reports, producing recommendations for improvements and implementing them.
- Developing and standardizing internal processes that relate to the department’s operational data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Participating in automatization projects for various processes and tasks (for example, Customer trend research)
- Taking the lead in workforce-related budgeting projects and forecasts, and peak season planning.
What we expect from you:
- Degree or enrollment in finance, business administration, math, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in data analytics
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in working with large data sets
- Great knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. Lookups, Pivot table etc.)
- Good MySQL and PowerBI skills will be considered an advantage
