Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong background.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Clients and Partners;
- Deliver excellent customer service, manage and solve conflicts, operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the Clients and Partners;
- Develop a high-level account strategy so as to maximize profits and benefits for both Company and Clients/Partners;
- Forecast and track key account metrics and goals;
- Understand and monitor the economic drivers for each Client and Partner’s success with the Company;
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in Account Management;
- Strong account management and relationship building skills;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level;
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to travel abroad to meet Clients and Partners;
- Highly self-motivated;
- Excellent Russian and English language knowledge both written and verbal;
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration field or a good reason not to have one.
