YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage, support and motivate Gaming hosts in their daily work
- To organize team and face to face monthly meetings to provide clear and constructive feedback to discuss individual and team performances, and also future work plan
- To initiate and lead communication with customers and conflicts resolutions within competence of held position and provide answers to customers and management, including handling complaints and claims, according to the companys procedures
- To recognize developing options for customer relationships and increase of satisfaction scores
- To collect information and make reports in accordance with management's instructions
- To ensure that gaming tables under his responsibility are in full operation
- To create, produce and execute on schedule live studio promotions, in accordance with licensees and management expectations and targets
- To act in a professional manner, to maintain an orderly and positive work atmosphere in the facility
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, overseeing a team of managers
- Extensive knowledge and at least 3 years experience in the iGaming industry
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant software
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and industry trends
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to enhance the overall gaming experience
- Strong business mindset with a deep understanding of customer service and marketing principles
- Excellent presentation skills to engage and captivate an audience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members
- In-depth knowledge of responsible gambling practices and regulations to ensure a safe and secure gaming environment
- Demonstrated passion for the gaming industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
