 If you have:

• Proven experience in supply chain;
• Proven experience in international and/or cross-functional project management, preferably in retail/FMCG or distribution service sector. Experience holding budget, risk, stakeholder and resource management accountability;
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate and engage cross-functional groups;
• Ability to analyse quantitively, problem-solve, scope and prioritize technical requirements, suggest possible solutions for improvements, competences in business process modelling is considered as advantage;
• Experience with change management;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• University degree in business/mathematics/economics/logistics/IT.

We will entrust you:

• To lead projects related to supply chain tool assessment and implementation, as well as projects related to respective process improvements. You will be primary contract for cross functional and country stakeholders, as well as external partners;
• Leading role in projects effecting supply chain processes. Your role will require to ensure that right persons from other teams are approached and involved in the project. It will also require evaluating potential project decision effect on retail demand planning and forecasting. You will be responsible to ensure that appropriate approval process for the change is followed;
• To manage collaborative projects with strategic supplier partners that entail potential to realize new value or improve work efficiency;
• Oversee change management activities to ensure successful project implementation.

Compensation:

Salary 2100 - 2600 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidates competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to companys policy.
