Manager in Technology Transformation will seek out challenges, manage client engagements, demonstrate and share practical experience and knowledge in the field of various IT consulting and digital transformation consulting related topics, as well as possess powerful communication and team management skills. The role may entail various international collaboration opportunities providing a great base for your self-development in a global environment. 

Experience & skills

• You have at least 5 years experience working in IT, Digital Transformation or related fields
• You have at least 2 years experience with managing projects in the field of IT, Digital Transformation or related fields as well as team management 
• You are familiar with the IS implementation and development frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• You have obtained higher education
• You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and verbal

• You are emotionally intelligent, possess strong presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to effectively cooperate with multiple stakeholders 
• You are a natural problem-solver and make decisions based on analysis, as well as seek for creative solutions to meet client needs
