SQUALIO Team is looking for an IT Systems Administrator who will take part in our internal IT projects implementation. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, network devices, and other hardware components. This includes installing and updating operating systems, managing user accounts, and configuring network settings. As an IT Administrator, you play a vital role in maintaining the overall IT operations of an organization.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Provide technical support to users, onboard new colleagues, manage permission levels and inventory (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365).
• Ensure data security, network access continuity, and effective backup systems.
• Proactively monitor, prevent, and resolve incidents across various systems and assets.
• Actively participate in internal IT projects, contributing to the design and implementation of new IT systems and services.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of practical experience as a computer systems administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven knowledge of managing Windows workstations and Windows servers, understanding of hybrid infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services, and basic networking principles.
• Experience and knowledge of one of the technologies - Microsoft 365, Azure, will count as an advantage.
• Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies.
• Full professional proficiency in Latvian, English.
• Higher education in the field of IT, or in a related field, will count as an advantage.
