Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage various People & Culture processes - full employee life-cycle management, including recruitment, performance management, as well as HR analytics and ensuring document workflow
- Be interested in and keep up to date with the latest changes in HR practice and trends, labour law, and the labour market
- Take ownership of various internal projects and initiatives
- Work with experienced colleagues and cooperate with colleagues from the KPMG Global network

Education and experience
- You have a university degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience of at least two years in People & Culture field
- Experience in project management will be considered an advantage
Technical skills
- You have a good command of MS Tools (Excel, Word, Power point) and are willing to develop and improve your digital skills
- You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken
Personal attributes
- You are a self-motivated and proactive person who is eager to learn and grow
- You have an understanding of business processes and you are open to new ideas
- You are a problem-solver and possess critical thinking skills
- You pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- You can find a common language with different types of people
