Were looking for a skilled Communications Manager to join our talented Communications Team that focuses on educating our customers on all things ecommerce and promoting Printfuls features and products through written and visual content. As a Communications Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the management of our communications projects and leading the team of approximately 20 people (not all of them reporting directly to the role).
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Managing, motivating, mentoring, and coaching the Marketing Communications team (the team consists of marketing project managers, content marketers, blog editor, and team leads)
- Participating in the recruitment process
- Managing product marketing teams for a variety of customer segments
- Executing communications strategy for our segments in all main markets (USA, UK, Canada, Spain, Germany, France) to help them understand how Printful works and showcase our company as the best choice and expert in the POD industry
- Together with the team, planning and overseeing the communications calendar for all owned channels so that the correct messaging reaches the right audiences at the right time, facilitating customer retention and upselling
- Creating and executing strategy for educational content projects, as well as campaigns (like BFCM, Mother's day, etc.), overseeing the work of project managers and content marketers
- Overseeing collaborations with external partners like Shopify, Wix, etc., with the goal to organize communications and campaigns
- Supervising and improving the processes that lead Printful customers to generate more positive online reviews (on Trustpilot, third-party app listings, etc.)
- Working closely with other non-marketing teams to structure the way how they interact with our team and manage team workload

Here's what we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in managing a team of at least 5+ people
- Thorough conceptual understanding of the product marketing communication process
