Job description
Join our dynamic and esteemed Technical Integrations Team, where you will play a vital role in driving our company's product integration activities and facilitating seamless communication among internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of integration projects;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, partners and customers to coordinate all aspects of the partner integrations assigned to you;
- Offer technical expertise to clients, guiding them through the integration process and addressing their specific needs;
- Keep an eye on project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Take part in test and implementation processes for new integrations and product rollouts.
- Ensure adherence to well established procedures, as well as implementing new procedures in an environment of constant change and innovation.
- Drive and manage changes in partner integrations to achieve desired company and partner goals.
- Support and consult internal departments, including Sales and support teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal;
2 or more years experience in IT Project management or other relevant position such as - Product Management, Technical Account Management, Quality assurance or similar;
- Experience in work with customers will be considered an advantage;
- A solid foundation of technical knowledge and eagerness to learn;
- Exceptional planning, prioritization and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Good communication skills to build strong partnerships and convey technical concepts effectively;
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team, valuing the contributions of colleagues;
- Experience in the online gaming industry would be considered an advantage, as it will contribute to your understanding of the company's dynamics.
