General responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
- Process and monitor technical incidents
- Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
- Work with Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie and other Atlassian tools
- Assist the customer in resolving 1st level issues
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English language
- German language skills will be considered as advantage
- Previous customer service-related experience
- Proactive and analytical approach
- Good problem-solving skills
- Solution orientated and a team player
- Organized and able to manage projects and requirements
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
- Able to work around blockers with Service Desk Team and come up with solutions
- Experience with agile principles and project management methodologies would be a plus
- Experience working with workflows and establishing and manage processes

- Monthly gross salary from 1400 to 1600 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
