Do you excel in coordination of problem investigations, ensuring root cause investigations, and work together with both technical specialist and business analyst to improve a service?
Is problem analysis and remediation your second language?
Do you have vast experience from proactive and structured work following Problem Management standards in a practical context?

 

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
    • Coordinate daily Problem Management for Swedbank IT operations. That includes driving problem investigations and facilitating the work of improving Swedbank IT services.
    • Setting up and coordinating working groups of specialists and work closely together with numerous stakeholders.
    • Liaising with suppliers to ensure that third parties actively participate and fulfil their obligations.
    • Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate performance of the Change Management process, and to find ways for continuous improvement.
    • Work in an international environment.
    • Report to Head of Group Operations Control.

     

    What is needed in this role:
    • You have experience and knowledge about Problem Management methodologies, Incident- and Change Management, and IT operations processes.
    • To succeed in this role, you need a broad knowledge of IT technology, an understanding of the financial industry and an excellent ability to coordinate and work with all levels in the organisation.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, look past the obvious solutions and analyse evidence objectively.
    • Enjoy working according to process and set regulations.
    • You focus on result with quality and professionalism.
    • As a person you need to have a high level of motivation (drive) and perseverance.
    • You are a good networker, with a customer centric mindset, with a great attitude and can-do attitude.
    • You seek new ideas and approaches that improve current processes and products.
    • Good communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written are mandatory.
