Position: Marketing Project Manager Baltics

Location: Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn

What you will be doing:

• Lead Baltic marketing projects, overall responsible for the on-time, on-brief (quality), on-budget delivery of the project, while ensuring a smart and lean approach from ideation to delivery. Clarify competence need and secure core team resources.
• Consider the assignment in the larger context, ensure the projects relevance towards strategic directions, such as IKEA Baltic Commercial calendar, brand strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Co-operate with all internal functions (local and Baltic) involved in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans (digital, customer loyalty, sales, local marketing and other roles).
• Cooperate with external agencies and partners.
• Ensure the creative execution done in all external media is aligned with IKEA Brand values and the IKEA Brand visual and copy identity guidelines.
