What You Will Do:

• Manage the area with strong sense of ownership
• Drive application and desktop virtualization team of skilled engineers on vendors side
• Solve problems, actively engage in incidents resolution
• Plan and drive implementation of improvements
• Deliver work in a timely manner
• Adhere to Regulatory policies and procedures

What We Expect:

• Hands-on Experience in working with Citrix application and desktop virtualization solutions
• Experience in working with Remote Desktop Services 
• Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, firewalls 
• Experience in working with Windows Server
• Coordination with internal stake holders for policies definition and implementation
• Audit reports extraction and preparation
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
