Sales Director
Your key responsibilities:
- Conducting analysis of international markets (Europe, South America, North America, Australia), developing sales strategy, and ensuring the execution of the sales plan
- Supervising and organizing the daily work of the sales and marketing teams, improving their productivity, and providing training for new employees (setting KPI goals, analyzing data, preparing performance reports, developing a motivating compensation system)
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, organizing the acquisition of new international clients, and managing cooperation with existing clients
- Ensuring high sales and service quality
- Developing various presentation materials
- Representing the company at exhibitions and other events
Your most essential competencies and experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience working with international clients and managing sales teams
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Practical work experience and knowledge in the technical field
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong strategic vision for sales development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ambition to achieve set goals and a result-oriented mindset
