On behalf of our long-term Client, a worldwide leader in premium professional tools for the DIY industry, we are now searching for a bright professional for the role of
SALES MANAGER | Baltics
As a member of the Company sales organization, You will be entrusted to
- Manage the full sales life cycle, and execute sales targets within the planned efficiency ratio
- Develop long-term relationships professional relations with dealers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
- Conduct regular market research to identify new sales potential and opportunities for developing new customers portfolios.
- Prepare sales documents offers, contracts, and presentations; provide support to clients in all technical matters
- Work in collaboration with colleagues in Poland to achieve business goals within the assigned region
To be successful in this role, Your professional background should cover:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience within industrial, technical or construction-related industries
- Practical experience in cooperation with big dealers and industrial end users
- Highly developed technical aptitude knowledge of the building installation market
- Good English skills, and Russian knowledge would be considered an advantage

- Strong target orientation
- Problem-solving, quick decision making and good analytical skills
- High personal culture and communication talent
- Independency in daily work and perfect self-organization
COMPANY OFFERS
- Remuneration: €2500.00 €3000.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
- Working place & mode: Business trips.
