Job description
- Representing the R2R GA BPM organization in the ASPIRE project, safeguarding the global template and harmonized processes, and further develop new processes for upcoming releases in close collaboration with the different streams within the project and other BPM networks;
- Govern and further develop the global closing template;
- Acting as a Business Process Specialist for General Accounting to govern changes to existing business processes and design new ones;
- Working closely together with the RSS Operation Centers to drive and support process improvement wherever possible;
- Ensuring monitoring and optimization of business processes with regard to efficiency and effectiveness;
- Strive for cross-functional alignment to achieve End-To-End Process Harmonization;
- The position may involve a fair amount of travel (up to 10-25%).
Requirements
- Strong SAP skills;
- Business Process Management skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision-making;
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities;
- Experience in Financial Accounting and related systems (ideally SAP ERP);
- Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - work according to and bring in the agile mindset concept in daily operations;
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high-quality accomplishment of such;
- Strong presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.
