Job description
As a Sales & Business Development Manager you will be responsible for development Bosch Security systems, Business Unit Access & Intrusion for Baltics countries and Nordics, located in Riga.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for turnover and achieving annual & monthly sales target
- Monitor and analyze sales and against budget and initiate appropriate action if needed
- Develop, implement and follow-up the country strategy within agreed budget, based on strategy
- Implement Channel Strategy and develop/manage local customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities with new customers/verticals/influencers
- Actively work with key influencers and end-users and act as Key Influencer Manager for defined local influencer
- Approve terms and conditions for projects within authorization scheme
- Develop, implement and follow-up on local customer strategies and marketing initiatives
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs, local product requirements
- Support cross-border and cross-business unit opportunities
- Position require frequent traveling
Requirements
- From 3 years of working in in the local market in similar industry(Access Control & Intrusion)
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering & Management Qualification
- Uses English at an effective operational independent level
- Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
