Job description
- Execute online and offline training strategy across all Partners and channels sales consultants;
- Provide in-depth product information, display knowledge, sales skills to sales consultants, call center agents, Samsun Experience Store employees, Samsung office employees;
- Provide product knowledge and benefits trainings to customers;
- Build relationship and network with Partner FSMs and store managers;
- Support events (new product launch events, training events etc.);
- Deploy various training methodologies to reach maximum knowledge retention (in-store visits, 1-1 role play, classrooms, webinars and other);
- Manage timely report creation and communication on weekly trainings;
- Meet instructional and sales learning objectives and execute quarterly KPIs
Requirements
Required soft skills:
- Communication – strong and influential personality with excellent presentation skills;
- People – excellent team player with smooth interpersonal skills;
- Speed – ability to keep up to speed and successfully manage change in a fast moving environment;
- Multitasking – capacity to multitask between big & minor projects without losing priorities and delivering results successfully;
- Tolerance for uncertainty, change and stressful situations.
Required hard skills:
- Fluency in English and Latvian; Russian knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Must have a drivers licence - ability and willingness to travel across Latvia regularly;
- Ability to quickly learn various products and their features;
- Excellent knowledge of Android OS, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- Experience in leading successful trainings;
- Strong interest and technical knowledge about electronic products;
- Good knowledge of sales skills and processes so that you can teach others to sell better Samsung products;
- Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
