Job description
- Implement and execute Samsung product training strategy and product / soft skills training plan for Estonian market (face to face & online trainings);
- Design, create and localize offline and online product training programs and materials (all Samsung products - mobile smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, TVs, home appliances);
- Plan and execute trainings for Partners store personnel, B2B, call center employees & end customers;
- Design and conduct newcomer or new product trainings for Samsung employees;
- Monitor, coach and develop training and sales skills of local Field Team (Trainers and Merchandisers);
- Train, certify and re-certify Samsung Experience Store (SES) newcomers and deliver follow-up trainings;
- Manage local Field Trainers team and organize, monitor and evaluate tasks and activities;
- Initiate, lead and/or deliver Estonian or Pan-Baltic training related projects;
- Cooperate and support other departments on product related topics based on internal agreements;
- Manage internal budget approvals using internal corporate systems (SAP);
- Gather statistics and prepare reports for the country based training activities.

Required hard skills:
- Fluency in English and Estonian; Russian knowledge will be considered a plus
- Must have a drivers license - ability and willingness to travel across Estonia regularly
- Ability to quickly learn various products and their features
- Excellent knowledge of Android OS, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- Experience in leading successful trainings;
- Strong interest and technical knowledge about electronic products;
- Good knowledge of sales skills and processes;
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner;
- Proven record of Training strategy changes, methodology development and KPI improvement.
