Solution Expert (IT Infrastructure Engineer, Implementation Expert)

We are looking for a team player with a strong technical background who has the ability to establish effective working relationships, client oriented, and ready for multitask work. In this role, you will need to be an organized and knowledgeable problem-solver, who has excellent customer service skills. This role will be suitable for IT specialists, system administrators and technical consultants as next step in their career. It is a combination of Projects implementation experts and post-project Support specialist.

Professional skills and qualification:

  • Experience working as IT specialist, system administrators and technical consultants (or similar)
  • Responsivity and ability to quickly master new products and technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
  • Knowledge of virtualization and networking technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software, hardware and networking issues
  • Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to multi-task and see assignments through to completion
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to travel for work
Nice to have
  • Higher education in IT or other similar field
  • Experience in DevOPS
  • ITIL, Microsoft, Security (or other) certifications
  • Programming (C#/JavaScript) and SQL languages knowledge
  • Experience in working with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, SVN\Git
  • Additional language knowledge

Responsibilities (may vary depending on level):

  • Lead implementation processes and effectively communicate with client, providing excellent service
  • Implement, support and document the project solution IT infrastructure
  • Provide full technical support, including visits and manage system configuration and setup.
  • Having ownership of tasks, pro-actively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
  • Follow up on any customer issues and requests requiring additional research
  • Perform all tasks with a focus on customer service including accessibility and positive attitude
  • Work with other colleagues to create and document internal standards for IT knowledge base, system configuration, including hardware and software
  • Participate in projects and collaborate with other functional teams

Additional information

Currently team works as ordinary 9-18 working day (with possibility to adjust start/end of the day), but it is expected to move to 24/7 working shifts from Spring 2024 with on-call approach.
We dont want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary is not less than 1800 EUR gross and depends on your experience and skills!
