In this pivotal role, you will drive our affiliate program's success by recruiting top partners, optimizing traffic channels, and crafting targeted marketing campaigns. Your expertise will shape our online presence, fuel customer acquisition, and maximize ROI.
As a CRM and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.

While we are looking to fill this role diligently, we understand that the perfect candidate may need time to transition. Therefore, we are open to candidates who can start month after the selection process, ensuring that we find the best match for both the role and our organization.
Impact You'll Make:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Identify and analyze customer trends and behaviors and give the Bonuses.
- Develop personalized benefits campaigns based on customer data
- Implement loyalty programs and incentives to reward loyal customers
- Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Track customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage our CRM database and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns
- Track and report on key metrics, such as customer lifetime value (LTV), FTD's and churn rate.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Develop and execute targeted benefits campaigns to reach our target audience
- Develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns
- Track the performance of marketing/benefits campaigns
- Work with other departments to ensure that we are providing a high-quality customer experience.
- Work with the customer support department to resend customer complaints
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a CRM and Retention Manager.
- Proven track record of increasing customer engagement and retention.
- Proficient English language skills in written and verbal communication. Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets and goals.
