During your internship with Concentrix + Webhelp, you will have the opportunity to learn all about finding and hiring the right people for the open roles within our company. You will support the recruitment team with various tasks that will show you the ropes of handling recruitment processes and working in a large international company.

You will gain an understanding of recruitment operations, our connection to the business and the path of candidates from application to job offer. You will work closely with our colleagues across the Baltic and Scandinavian countries from our Riga office. Most recruitment in Baltics are handled either in Russian and English language, depending on the role.
