How we work...

....is simple: Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Webhelp but supporting the clients of Samsung.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Samsung customers via calls, e-mails, and chats. You will provide remote technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung customers in Russian and Latvian language.

Requirements:

For you to flourish in this role, the most important thing is to have the motivation to deliver good customer service. And to actually communicate with customers, it's important that you are fluent in Latvian language (C1 level spoken/ written), have good command of English and Russian (B2 level) and have interest in technology.

We're really hoping to see you join us, but before that - you'll need to complete our recruitment process which consists of an written language test, an interview and, finally, a reference 🤝
