SAWMILL MANAGER / VMS Timber 

Location: Madona

Your mission in this both strategical and operative manager role is to organize daily operations and business management of the sawmill to ensure high quality and smooth production. 

• You oversee the procurement of logs, maintain production tools and equipment, issue and oversee work orders. 

• You establish and maintain a safe working environment and support the development of team members. 

• You will be an integral part of the Thermory Group team, collaborating with other sawmills, suppliers and customers.

We are looking for you:

As an industry professional you have a solid background in the wood industry.

You have higher education, and you are fluent in Latvian and strong in English.

You are a sound team leader, inspired by continuous development and collaboration.
