We together with our client are looking for People & Culture Business Partner in Latvia. You will be responsible of ensuring personnel management function in the company: develop the company's personnel management strategy in accordance with the company's strategic goals, improve the personal management system, ensure the circulation of personnel documents, plan personnel resources, create a positive image of the employer and culture in the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support in defining and implementing the strategy of motivation, engagement and retention of team members;
• Coordinate, organize and conduct the onboarding process for new team members;
• Acts as the first point of content for all HR related queries from all team members;
• Support and guide team managers and employees about company policies and HR best practices;
• Support in the planning and organizing motivational activities and events for the company team members;
• Ensure effective personnel administration process;
• Manage the recruitment experience, advertising roles, overseeing selection processes.
