We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our team, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expansion initiatives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Drive the development of new features, functionalities, and products that align with customer demands and market trends.
  • Research and evaluate additional payment solutions to enhance our fintech offerings and improve the user experience.
  • Forge partnerships with payment processors, banks, and other financial institutions to integrate new payment methods and expand our payment ecosystem.
  • Identify and engage potential partners for collaboration, including banks, payment Negotiate partnership agreements and develop mutually beneficial relationships that drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Explore and develop new business avenues to diversify revenue streams and expand our market presence.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market gaps to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of the partnership, including prioritization of key focus areas, the evaluation of new initiatives, and ongoing partner management.

WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING

  • In-depth knowledge of the payments landscape, including payment processing, card networks, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences across business and technical functions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities, evaluate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Successful previous work experience with a proven track record in partner management within the payments industry. Experience with card networks and banks is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Fintech industry will be considered as an advantage.
