And now we are seeking a creative and experienced UX Designer, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
·Develop visually appealing and engaging promotional materials, banners, and multimedia content
· Generate visual concepts for ad campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
· Design banners for online and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
· Create short videos to complement marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness
· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs
· Contribute to branding initiatives by designing logos, corporate identities, brand books, and related materials
· Utilize strong graphic design skills and proficiency in modern design tools to execute projects efficiently and effectively
· Work in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING
· 3+ years in Graphic Design/Identity design
· Strong visual design skills and excellent taste are a must
· Relevant portfolio
· Confidence in Adobe products (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop), Figma
· Experience with the full cycle of preparing printable materials (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw)
· Experience in working on web and mobile-based UX flows, wireframes, mockups, click-dummies, and the final UI designs
· Be responsible for the visual design, conception, and implementation of individual user interface solutions within a new design system
· Ability to create and edit simple videos (Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect)
· Effective writing, good communication and teamwork (working as a team with developers, testers, analysts, and managers)
· Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
· Self-motivated and open-minded person who is eager to learn and grow
· You possess critical thinking and are a problem solver
· You always pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
· You can find a common language with different types of people
· Proactivity, ability to show initiative and suggest various solutions
