Job description
- Develop and sell lighting solution projects to existing clients and explore new sales channels.
- Analyze clients' lighting needs and align project resources, scope, and budget.
- Select the best lighting solutions based on client requirements.
- Assist the existing sales team in selecting the right lighting technical solutions.
- Ensure smooth project implementation by collaborating with the sales team and other company departments.
- Resolve issues that arise during project execution promptly.
- Manage warranty and post-warranty cases and provide support to clients.
- Monitor client payments.
- Participate in international exhibitions to showcase lighting solutions.
- Conduct internal training sessions on the latest lighting trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the market environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical or engineering fields).
- Knowledge of lighting, luminaires, and lighting solutions.
- Familiarity with retail space lighting nuances.
- Business-minded, active, innovative, strategically minded, and results-oriented sales professional.
- Flexibility and ability to work with diverse individuals while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the lighting market and its participants.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple ongoing projects.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
