Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the processes and systems of the Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection Department (ISO)
- Participating in the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) model, implementation plan, and supporting data systems and tools for the QMS platform (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Ensuring the maintenance and improvement of the QMS in compliance with standards and company needs, contributing to the development of quality management procedures and other quality-related documents, and monitoring system compliance across all company locations
- Participating in audits and implementing necessary improvements
- Collaborating with multifunctional teams to ensure comprehensive quality in functional processes

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Latvian and English
- Higher education (final-year students are welcome)
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to design processes and procedures
- Problem-solving skills and a readiness to take responsibility for work results
- Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines
- Communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a team
