We're looking for a hands-on COO/ CPO to drive operational excellence and fuel our growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, including document signing, access management, licensing, budgeting, etc.
HR and Office Management: Lead and support HR and office management teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Strategic Oversight: Work closely with the Management team to implement and refine business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Innovation and Automation: Drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Proven experience as a COO, CPO or in a similar senior operational role, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
Experience leading HR and office management functions is essential. Experience in marketing management is a plus.
Experience in AI and automation is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the market.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing operations in fast-paced environments.
Someone with a passion for the crypto space and a strategic mindset for driving business growth.
