You will be responsible for managing product portfolio for façade solutions: manage product assortment, organize marketing & technical support, do market research & introduction of new products and solutions. Serve as an internal expert to colleagues in sales and marketing communication in product specific questions withing assigned product group.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for product assortment management including portfolio optimization and life-cycle management;
- Price and margin management for responsible product portfolio;
- Planning, coordination, marketing and control of product launches in close cooperation with respective departments;
- Ensuring availability of necessary product documentation and technical marketing tools in Cluster local languages (labels, product technical information, local certificates, brochures and others);
- Support of and contribution to innovation projects;
- Close cooperation with the salesforce as the first point of contact for product and portfolio issues;
- Processing of product-specific complaints in cooperation with the required interfaces;
- Continuous market and competition monitoring, reporting market data both internally and to the group;
- Product testing in cooperation with application specialists (including competitor products);
Candidate should have the following experience & skills:
- Higher education degree in Marketing or similar field
- Professional working English (all communication with HQ is in English); knowledge of Russian will be a plus (communicate with some of clients/peers);
- Experience in managing a product portfolio, including optimizing the assortment and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability
- Ability to analyze product margins and make data-driven decisions
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Understanding of marketing and sales both in B2C and B2B
- Project management
- Good numerical comprehension and analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- B category driver's license
